Your custom hat journey begins with a personal 1:1 consultation where we explore your style, inspiration, and the story you want your hat to tell. After our conversation, I’ll send you a detailed quote that includes the customization tier fee, your chosen premium hat base, and shipping estimates. Once you accept the quote and pay the deposit, I’ll begin designing and ordering materials. Your deposit is based on the tier you choose and secures your hat base and locks in your order.

From there, I pour time, fire, and grit into handcrafting your hat with all the character and soul it deserves. The final balance is paid before shipping, and I’ll keep you updated throughout so your custom hat is exactly what you imagined. Please allow 2–3 months for your custom hat to be fully built, burned, and brought to life. This kind of work doesn’t rush.
